“Once you walk in you won’t want to leave” is how the team at [Cottontails Childcare](https://www.cottontails.co.nz/) in Stanmore Bay on the Hibiscus Coast describe their workplace. The centre was set up by a group of five families who saw the need for an early childhood centre in their local community that reflected their values: where the natural environment and connection to local history was a priority, a place where busy parents could bring their children knowing that they would be able to explore, learn and make friends in a truly nurturing environment.
